[Guide] Flashing your Motorola A1200/E6

Requirements

> PC running Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7
> Motorola RSD Lite installed
> Motorola USB Driver Installed
> Firmware for your Motorola Phone (get it from here)
> Motorola Phone (for flashing)

Procedure

Charge your phone battery about minimum of 70% 
Install Motorola USB Driver (if not installed)
Install Motorola RSD Lite (if not installed)
Switch your Phone to flash mode (if phone not booting)
or connect your phone in modem mode.
To switch your phone to flash mode.
for Motorola A1200 : Press VR+Power key to switch to Flash mode.
for Motorola E6 : Press Camera key+Power key to switch to Flash mode.
connect your phone to PC using USB cable.
Start RSD Lite and browse the firmware you want to flash.
after you see the phone in RSD lite
click Start and initiate the flashing process.
Do not Panic while RSD Lite flashed the phone
it may take around 20 minutes depending upon firmware.
after flashing is complete phone will be rebooted automatically by RSD Lite.
after you flashing process is complete RSD Lite will show PASS in progress section

NOTE :

- Sometimes it may not show PASS after flashing is complete.
then disconnect your phone, turn it off and turn it back on
then got to Setup->USB mode  and choose modem mode.
and connect to PC using USB cable then it will show PASS.
- Sometimes it might say that flashing failed!
Then just remove the battery and again try flashing your phone.

    I Flash My motorokr E6 successfully with flash file R535H10_G_11.87.22P_GSZMCAUEMSWAINRT003_LP004DA_GSZMCAUEMSWAINRT_S004_E004_R002_G001
    but i cant installed app.
    when i installed app or game it say invalid package or system busy
    plz help.

    1. Hi vikky,
      The firmware you have flashed is complete stock firmware for E6 and Motorola has enabled the check for signatures on stock firmwares so you will need to flash a modified firmware(monsterpack or something of your choice) else you can side load Assistant application on your phone and rename applications from (application.mpkg to application.pkg) that way you can install packages, but depending on nature some firmware block unsigned applications to run in that case flashing modified firmware is only choice to run native ezx applications (not Java once)
      In short I would recommend you to check out this firmware

      This was my last monsterpack I created for E6. It has many features and looks mostly like stock firmware, give it a try and let me know.
