[GUIDE] Add Wibya toolbar to PHPBB3 forum

Well now you can add Wibya toolbar widget on your PHPBB forum in less than a Minute

Just go to http://www.wibiya.com/

and register a new account for your self

now add applications to your toolbar and do as directed to create your toolbar successfully

After you have created your Wibya Toolbar you will get a code to add to your website

something like this

just copy that as you have to add this to your PHPBB forum

Go to <PHPBB-Folder>/styles/<THEME>/template/

and edit overall_footer.html

and at the beginning of the file add the CODE you got from Wibya website as your toolbar code.

and save it and upload the THEME

and you will see the WIBYA toolbar at the footer of the forum

    1. Actually,
      I didn’t noticed that you are asking for blogs hosted on WordPress.com
      since wordpress.com blogs do not have the functionality to add plugins to the blogs
      If you own a hosting service and you are hosting your Blog from different host other than wordpress.com then you can install that from Plugins page as described in above post

    1. well you can directly install it on wordpress it is supported by Wibya just create your account and then go to install page there are instructions given on how to install on wordpress

      e.g.
      Step 1: Download the Plugin (zip file)

      Step 2: Install Plugin
      Instruction:
      Extract the Downloaded file into your WordPress plugin directory.
      In your WordPress admin site, go to the ‘Plugins’ page.
      Activate the Wibiya plugin.
      Go to the Wibiya Configuration in ‘Appearance’ menu and make sure it’s on, and enter your Toolbar Path which is http://cdn.wibiya.com/Toolbars/dir_0684/Toolbar_648817/Loader_684817.js
      That’s it!
